Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and e2bed ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the e2bed website at e2bed.vip and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered by the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the e2bed platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be a natural person of legal capacity and sound mind, capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by e2bed or any associated responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.
• You must register under your own true and correct identity. The use of false names, fictitious identities, or another person's details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must hold only one (1) Account at any time. Multiple account registration by the same individual is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, e2bed reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings accrued.

e2bed reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) at any time and to suspend account activity pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in permanent account closure.

Account Registration and Security

When registering an Account with e2bed, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify e2bed support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You are responsible for ensuring the device and network you use to access the Platform are secure. e2bed accepts no liability for losses arising from the use of compromised devices or unsecured networks.
• e2bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, with or without prior notice.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting e2bed support. Upon closure, any real money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements and provided that the account is not under investigation at the time of the closure request.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the e2bed platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. e2bed reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game or event outcomes.

e2bed cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities and will disclose account information and transaction records where required by applicable law or court order. Players found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from the platform and will forfeit all balances without compensation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the e2bed platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and all other material — is the exclusive property of e2bed or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. • e2bed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if e2bed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• e2bed is not liable for any disruption to Platform availability caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or the failure of third-party service providers including mobile payment operators.
• Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

e2bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, e2bed will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with the player's Account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform immediately.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
